Rovilus has developed several lines of lithium-ion battery power packs to cater to a wide variety of customers’ applications in urban mobility, industrial material handling, commercial and recreational vehicles and renewable energy sectors. 

Using its high voltage standard module, Rovilus has developed and customized battery packs to meet customers’ high power requirements. Each battery pack is integrated with Rovilus’ proprietary thermal management system and material, which greatly improves battery lifetime, performance and safety.

Market-Leading Cycle Life 

 

With a market-leading lifetime of 4,000 cycles for most applications, Rovilus’ battery packs last at least 2 times longer than conventional LFP battery packs and 8 times longer than lead acid battery packs, effectively decreasing the total cost of ownership (“TCO”) of the vehicles. 

 

15-Minute Fast Charging & Continuous Operation

Rovilus’ power packs enable opportunity fast charging and allow vehicle owners to operate continuously with minimal downtime. With Rovilus’ fast charging technology, vehicle operators are able to enjoy fast charging of 15 minutes with 80% State of Charge (SoC). 

 

Safety Features

Rovilus’ battery packs are well-equipped for high-power usage with safety features in place that prevents thermal runaway. Rovilus’ proprietary thermal material effectively controls thermal propagation, and the multi-level safety systems coupled with smart Battery Management Systems prevent any potential battery failure. 

 

Customizable Design

 

Rovilus’ battery packs are designed in a modular format to accommodate various applications that come in different shapes and sizes. This significantly reduces customization costs while allowing flexibility in the design of the pack, enabling our customers to have a tailored power pack that meets their requirements and timeline.
