Using its high voltage standard battery module, Rovilus develops battery packs to meet customers’ high power requirements. Each battery pack is integrated with Rovilus’ proprietary thermal management system and material, which greatly improves battery lifetime, performance and safety.

Market-Leading Cycle Life 

With a market-leading lifetime of 4,000 cycles, Rovilus’ battery packs last at least 2 times longer than LFP batteries and 8 times longer than lead acid batteries, effectively decreasing total cost of ownership (“TCO”) of the vehicles.

15-Minute Fast Charging & Continuous Operation

Rovilus’ power packs enable opportunity charging and allow vehicle owners to operate continuously with minimal downtime. With Rovilus’ fast charging technology, vehicle operators are able to enjoy 15-minutes fast with 80% State of Charge (SoC).

Safety Features

Rovilus’ battery packs are well-equipped for high-power usage with safety features in place that prevents thermal runaway. Rovilus’ proprietary thermal material effectively controls thermal propagation, and the multi-level safety systems coupled with smart Battery Management Systems prevent any potential battery failure.
